Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to receive healing from the convenience of your own home. If you are unable to attend a treatment in person, remote healing sessions are an equally effective option to consider.

Before the session you will receive a step-by-step guide on how to prepare yourself and your healing space, along with your Zoom video chat link.

​

The session will start with a brief consultation before I invite you to lay down and make yourself comfortable. To help you fully relax into the experience I will begin with a guided meditation, supported by relaxing music.

There will be an opportunity to discuss the session and ask any questions you may have at the end.
