This free 1-hour class offers a gentle introduction to the concept of Reiki, along with the opportunity to experience what it feels like to receive Reiki in-person.
 
We'll begin with a short talk, where I’ll introduce myself and share some of the foundational theory behind the practice.
 
During the second half of the class you will be invited to lay down and relax, as I come around and offer a little Reiki to each person.
 
We’ll close with space for questions, reflections, and next steps.
