These free 1-hour Zoom sessions offer a gentle introduction to Reiki – what it is, how it works, and how it differs from other forms of energy healing.
 
We'll begin with a talk, where I’ll introduce myself and share some of the foundational theory behind the practice.
 
The second half of the class will be a guided group distance Reiki session, giving you the opportunity to experience what it feels like to receive Reiki.
 
We’ll finish with space for questions and reflections.
 
If you can’t make the live session, or would like to re-watch it, a recording will be available afterwards.
