This class is for you if:

You’re curious about Reiki, but unsure where to begin.

You’re familiar with other forms of energy healing and want to understand how Reiki is different.

You’re considering joining a Reiki Level 1 training and would like to get a taste of what to expect.

You’d like to meet me, or ask questions before diving in.
You’re also more than welcome to join if you’ve already completed a Reiki training (with me or another teacher), and you:

• Are thinking of re-training and would like to get a feel for my approach.
