Things I’ve learnt along the way
I didn’t come from a business or marketing background.
When I first started out, my idea of promoting myself was putting posters up in cafés and sharing events in Facebook groups.
Everything I've learnt has been through trial and error, slowly figuring things out as I've gone along.
The foundations of my Reiki business were built in Bali, and then, nearly a decade later, I found myself rebuilding again in a very different landscape when I moved back to the UK.
Along the way, my Reiki offerings have taken many different forms — healing sessions, practice circles, Reiki shares, intro classes, tailored workshops, immersive trainings, collaborations with sound healers and yoga teachers, as well as offering mixed modalities combining Reiki with Thai massage, crystal healing and aromatherapy; working both in-person and online; with groups and one-to-one.
What I share through mentorship is not based on a perfect business formula.
It comes from very real experience — experimenting, making mistakes, gradually refining things and learning what genuinely works.
Many people come to Reiki looking for a more meaningful way of living and working — but it’s surprisingly easy to recreate the same pressure, overwhelm, and burnout patterns in your healing business too.
Running a professional Reiki practice takes real work, especially in the beginning, and it can feel uncertain and exhausting at times.

Before the session, you’re welcome to send through anything you’d like reviewed.
I’ll spend up to one hour going through everything in advance and making notes, so we can use our session time more effectively and focus on the areas that need the most support.
Single Session + Review
This option is ideal if you'd like:

3-Month Support Package
Includes:
6x 45-minute sessions over 3 months.
The option to send through ideas, updates, or new content for review before each session.
Email support for questions between sessions.
You’ll get the most from this package if you have the time and capacity to actively work on your business between sessions, so we can continue refining things together as you go.
