Teaching Approach
Over the years, I’ve seen how much Reiki trainings can vary, depending on the teacher and lineage.
Although my Reiki journey originally began with a modern Western-style training, I later retrained in traditional Japanese Reiki, which profoundly shifted the way I practice and teach today.
The trainings I offer are grounded in traditional Usui Reiki Ryōhō, yet not dogmatic - weaving in contemporary insights that help keep teachings practical and accessible.
