REIKI MASTER TRAINING

I teach Usui Reiki, with a lineage tracing back to Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. My trainings are grounded in traditional Usui Reiki Ryōhō with a modern, practical approach that helps make the teachings accessible and relevant to everyday life.

You’re very welcome to join, whether you trained in Level 1 and 2 with me, or another teacher. Reiki trainings can vary greatly between different lineages and individual teaching styles. If you'd like to explore whether this training feels like a good fit, I offer a free online Master Intro class, where you can learn more about what's included and ask questions. Some people also choose to retake Level 1 and 2 before moving onto the Master level, particularly if there’s been a long gap since training, or if they’d like to revisit the foundations in more depth. After booking, you’ll also receive access to my Level 1 & 2 resource library so you can familiarise yourself with the way I teach before the training begins.

Not at all. Many people feel drawn to the Master level simply to deepen their self-practice, or because they’re feeling ready to step more fully into professional practice. Although you’ll learn how to pass on attunements and teach Reiki, the foundation of the training is focused on strengthening your understanding and experience of Reiki. For some, that deepening naturally awakens the desire to teach; for others, it simply enriches their personal practice.

For many people, the shift into Master level feels less like learning something completely new, and more like a deepening of their existing relationship with Reiki. Even for those who don’t plan to teach, the process of learning how to offer attunements often becomes a powerful way of deepening their own connection with the practice. Many students find their sensitivity to energy becomes more refined and more consistent, helping to strengthen confidence in their practice. The training also explores ways of working with Reiki in group settings, which many people find opens up new possibilities for sharing Reiki and integrating it with other practices.

I usually recommend practising consistently for at least 3 months after completing Level 2 before considering the Master training. This allows time for you to develop a steady self-practice, deepen your relationship with Reiki, integrate the initial healing effects, and gain experience offering treatments for others. Taking this time to practise and integrate will help you get the most from the Master level teachings. However, everyone’s journey is different — if you’re unsure whether you’re ready, you’re always welcome to reach out, and we can explore whether it’s the right step for you at this stage of your journey.

Yes — the Master level gives you everything you need to begin teaching Reiki if you feel called to do so. Upon completion, you’ll receive an Usui Reiki Master certificate and lineage documentation tracing back to Mikao Usui. This certification is internationally recognised within the wider Reiki community and meets the standards required by most Reiki associations and insurance providers. However, if you plan to teach Reiki professionally, I recommend checking the specific requirements of your home country. This training also includes a complimentary 1:1 post-training mentorship session to help you integrate what you’ve learned and explore next steps — whether that’s deepening your personal practice, offering treatments professionally, or beginning to teach Reiki. Ongoing mentorship is also available for those who would like continued one-to-one support after the training.

Trainings are held in small groups of around 4–8 students. This allows plenty of time for questions and individual support.

Yes — in my experience, online attunements can be just as impactful as those received in-person. I’ve both given and received attunements online many times over the years, and have consistently found them to be deeply felt and effective experiences. While the overall experience of online and in-person trainings is naturally different, the energetic connection and depth of the attunement itself is not diminished by the online format.

The core teachings, guided self-practices, partner exercises, and attunements all translate very naturally into an online format, and many people enjoy learning from the comfort of their own home. All classes are taught live via Zoom in a small, interactive group, so you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive personalised support throughout the training. You’re also very welcome to ask questions via email between classes, and after the training ends. During the live classes, you’ll both give and receive treatments and attunements using distance Reiki. If you’d like to practise offering in-person attunements outside of the live sessions, you’ll have access to guided video resources to follow along with.

You'll have access to recordings of each live class, however these trainings are designed to be interactive experiences, and attendance at the live classes is strongly encouraged. Attunements, partner practices, and real-time discussions form an important part of the training process and cannot always be fully replicated through replays alone.
