This could be for you if you’re seeking a more customised approach, are particularly sensitive to sharing energy with others, need one-to-one support, or simply can’t make the group training dates.
In-person trainings take place at my home in Ubud, with a vegan, gluten-free lunch provided each day.
Online trainings are delivered live via Zoom.
